Schedule Drop-Off

1. Schedule: Schedule a drop-off time for one or more services. Specific drop-off times are only for general reference. You may drop off your knives or tools any time between 8 am and 6 pm on the date that you scheduled.

2. Clean & wrap: Wrap up your knives or tools with exposed blades using newspaper or something similar and secure with tape or rubber bands. Please ensure your knives are thoroughly washed before wrapping them up. Scroll down for more info on preparing to drop off your knives/tools.

3. Drop off: Our drop box is located beneath the sheltered walkway leading up to the front door of our house (scroll down for map). Place your wrapped up knives or tools in the top compartment of the box. Please make sure that your name is written/attached to your items. Scroll down for photos of our drop box and location.

4. Pay & Pick up: We will send you a message (email and text) when your order is complete. It will include an invoice and a link to pay online using a credit card. If you wish to pay by cash, there is a payment box with envelopes attached to the drop box. Please use exact amounts. Scroll down for more info on paying.

After paying, we will place your knives in the pick-up box (bottom compartment) for you to pick up at your convenience. If you have a specific day you wish to pick them up, just message us or include this information in the appointment notes and we will wait to put them in the box until that time.
